Security deposits protect against potential equipment damage or loss and are fully refunded when equipment is returned in acceptable condition. Deposit Amounts and Payment
Security deposit amounts vary by product category and the value of the equipment being rented. Deposit requirements are clearly displayed on each product page before you complete your rental order. Deposits are collected at the time of checkout along with your first rental payment. Deposit amounts are typically a percentage of the equipment replacement value, ensuring they remain proportional to the risk involved.
Deposit Refund Process
Your security deposit is fully refunded when you return the rental equipment in acceptable condition. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned equipment. If damage beyond normal wear is identified, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your deposit.
