These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RentMyGadgets website and rental services. By creating an account or placing a rental order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services. Our rental services are available to individuals and businesses who meet our approval requirements.

Rental Agreement Terms

When you rent equipment through RentMyGadgets, you enter into a rental agreement for the specified term length. Rental periods are available in 1, 3, 6, and 12 month increments. You are responsible for the care and safe use of rented equipment during your rental period. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and use.

Pricing, Payments, and Returns

Rental pricing is displayed on each product page and may include discounts for longer rental terms. A security deposit may be required depending on the product category. Payments are processed at the start of each rental period. Early returns are accepted with a 14-day free return window. Optional GadgetCare+ protection is available for additional coverage.
